Current:

• Tues. 10:00 am - baby massage & postnatal yoga (approx. 8 weeks to 6 months).
• Thurs. 10:00 a.m. - Postnatal yoga with baby (from approx. 6 months)
• Wed. 20:15 - Pregnancy Yoga

We offer mothers a space of strength and relaxation. Here you can make friends, exchange ideas with like-minded people and take care of your baby and yourself in a relaxed way under the loving and competent guidance of the yoga teacher.
We massage our babies. Afterwards we train the pelvic floor with yoga exercises, release tension (especially in the back), recharge our batteries and get the whole body moving again. Finally, we relax together with our babies.

We are a team of experienced yoga teachers from different styles (see sacha-yoga.de/about-us/the-team).

• and Petra Petty (yoga teacher and mother).

We have a very international team with even more international students. Besides German, we also speak:

• English and Spanish fluently
• as well as some Italian, French and Czech.

We are very open and interested

No restrictions.
Yoga is applicable and beneficial for everyone. Everyone is welcome here, can recharge their batteries and feel good!

• Courses cost approx. 89 EUR for members and 159 EUR without membership (8 units á approx. 90 min).
• Membership costs 19 EUR per month.
• Pupils, students and recipients of social benefits receive discounts.
